Youk's Hot Sauce. Born at Maverick
Restaurant, an American Eatery and
Wine Bar, in San Francisco, the
sauce was conceived by necessity.
Some chilies were on their way out,
so we roasted them, added vinegar
and called it a hot sauce. Well, it
has caught on and the best news is -
it can go on anything!
A portion of the proceeds goes to Kevin's charity Youk's
Hits For Kids.
